40" Trawler yacht (Please find dimensions in the pictures)
Made with native wood, this is just the hull itself, so no motor etc. I bought it as a project to convert into a self contained home but life got in the way and I never got around to it. Thought it's better to sell so someone can continue that plan or to build it to go out onto the water.
This comes with all the architectural plans, designs and dimensions. It's a very thought out project. With heaps of space,nice shelter and room of possibilities.
The three front panels have windows installed.
